Schedule Your Appointment

Pick a day and time that works for you below, or give us a call. Either way, a little prep before you arrive helps us get your vehicle right the first time.

What to Expect When You Book Online

Submitting the form above sends us a request, it's the fastest way to get on our schedule, but it isn't an automatic confirmation. Once we receive it, our team reviews the details and reaches out by phone or email to confirm the day, time, and what you need done. If anything about the request needs clarifying, that's when we'll ask. You'll know your appointment is locked in once you hear back from us, so keep an eye on your phone or inbox after you submit.

If your schedule changes, just give us a call. We'd much rather adjust a time than have you rush in or miss it altogether.

What to Bring to Your Appointment

Your vehicle's keys, including any spare key fobs if relevant to the work
Your driver's license or ID
Current registration and insurance card, especially if you're coming in for a NYS inspection
Any paperwork on recent repairs done elsewhere, or an extended warranty card if you have one
Your preferred payment method, or let us know ahead of time if you're planning to use financing
Notes on what your vehicle is doing, more on that below

Take Notes Before You Come In

This is the single most useful thing you can do before an appointment, and it costs nothing but a few minutes with a notepad or your phone. The more specific you can be about what your vehicle is doing, the faster and more accurately we can diagnose it, which often means a shorter visit and a more accurate estimate. Vague descriptions like "it's making a noise" are a fine starting point, but details are what actually save time. Before your appointment, try to jot down:

What You're Hearing or Feeling

Is it a grinding, squealing, clicking, knocking, or rattling sound? Does the car pull, vibrate, or shake? Try to describe it the way you'd describe it to a friend, not just "a noise."

When It Happens

Does it happen at a certain speed, only when turning, only when braking, only on cold mornings, or only after the car's been running a while? Timing narrows things down fast.

How Long It's Been Going On

Did it start suddenly, or has it been getting gradually worse? Do you remember what you were doing, or where you were driving, the first time you noticed it?

Any Warning Lights

Which lights are on the dash, and when did they come on? If the check engine light is flashing rather than solid, mention that specifically, it can mean something more urgent.

Consistency

Does it happen every time, or only sometimes? Intermittent problems are trickier to diagnose, and knowing the pattern helps us reproduce it.

Recent History

Any recent work done elsewhere, new tires, a recent accident, or a warning light that was already looked at? That context can point us straight to the cause.

You don't need to diagnose the problem yourself, that's our job, and we'll never expect you to know exactly what's wrong. But a customer who says "it grinds when I brake below 10 miles an hour, started about a week ago, and it's every single time" gets a faster, more accurate diagnosis than one who says "the brakes sound weird sometimes." A minute of notes before you leave the house can genuinely save you time and money once you're in our bay.

A Few Day-Of Tips

Try to arrive a few minutes early, especially for a first visit, so we can get your information squared away and talk through what you need before we pull your vehicle in. If you're dropping off rather than waiting, our after-hours key drop box is available any time, so you're not tied to our exact opening hours if your schedule doesn't allow it. If you are waiting, our lobby has free Wi-Fi, coffee, and water, and we'll give you a realistic time estimate so you can plan the rest of your day around it rather than guessing.

If you're coming in specifically for a NYS inspection, walk-ins are always welcome, no appointment required, though booking ahead is still a good option if you want a specific time. If you're bringing your vehicle in for something more specific, like brake repair, mentioning the symptoms ahead of time in your booking notes helps us plan the right parts and time for the job before you even arrive.

Appointment FAQs

Is my online appointment request automatically confirmed?

Submitting a request online is the first step, not a confirmed appointment. Our team reviews every request and reaches out to confirm the day, time, and details before it's locked in.

Do I need an appointment for a NYS inspection?

No, walk-ins are welcome for NYS inspections. Booking ahead is still a good idea if you want a specific day or time, but you're welcome to just stop in.

What if I need to reschedule?

Just give us a call as soon as you know. We'll find a new time that works, no hassle.

Can I drop my vehicle off outside of business hours?

Yes. Our after-hours key drop box is available any time, day or night, so you can drop off your vehicle whenever it's convenient and we'll get started when we open.
